Where are you located and can I visit your shop?

We're located in Cleveland, Ohio and while we don't have regular shop hours, you can contact us to make special arrangements.

 

What payment types do you accept?

We accept checks, cash (for local pick-up arrangements), and PayPal for all customers that wish to use a credit or debit card.

 

What are my shipment options?

Smaller pieces will be shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the piece.  We can provide you with a cost estimate at the time of purchase.  Larger furniture pieces are handled differently--we can ship via Greyhound if you have a station in your area or we can assist you in making arrangements with local shippers via U-Ship.  We recommend this service for larger pieces that cannot be boxed and items that require blanket wrap services.  You may also make arrangements to pick up the item(s) to save shipping costs.
